- Delivery of your products

Orders will be shipped within a week from when the payment is processed, and is dependent on product availability as well as the courier company. We will do our best to provide secure reliable shipping of various types.
Delivery is usually within 3-4 weeks after you have been notified that your goods have been shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number. However, if your purchase does not arrive, we will entertain enquiries after 4 weeks from date of shipment. Please write to [email protected] should you encounter such situations.
Delivery to PO Box addresses is not advisable and delivery is therefore not guaranteed by us.
- Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Please select your products carefully. Once your payment has been processed and the goods are shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. When your goods have arrived, it is your responsibility to check the order immediately to ensure that you have received the correct item(s) and that there is no damage to your goods before signing receipt.
We will make utmost effort to ensure your purchases are packed safely. However, should the goods be damaged upon arrival, please inform the courier company at the time of delivery and promptly write to [email protected] within 24 hours to make your case. After reviewing your case, we will proceed with the best solution and inform you via email.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase; a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to you provided the item(s) have not been shipped. Please note that there will be no reimbursement on shipping fee.
- Custom Import Duties
- Any import duties imposed by the local customs in the country of delivery will be borne by the customer. We have no control over such charges. If you have questions please contact the customs department of your country prior to making an order to be fully aware of the any charges that may be incurred.

When placing your orders, you may either check out as a guest or sign up to complete your ordering process.
Payment is accepted by Paypal only. Currencies are all in USD. If you are using a non-US credit card linked to a Paypal account to make payment, the exchange rates are determined by your bank. Any discrepancies in exchange rates cannot be guaranteed by us.
We are strict in maintaining your privacy therefore all of your details will be kept private. No credit card details are kept with us.
